Nothing says Christmas more than the Nutcracker ballet. While you may not be able to go see it on stage this year, you can still watch performances by some of the best ballet companies in the world.

Vogue recently asked Tiler Peck, principal dancer at the New York City Ballet, for her recommendations for where to watch The Nutcracker this year. Peck currently plays the sugarplum fairy, but over the years she’s played many parts in the ballet, including Dewdrop, Marzipan, and the grandmother. The Nutcracker was her first exposure to ballet—she saw it performed at NYCB when she was 11 years old.

“In the world of ballet, The Nutcracker is the one constant every year,” Peck told Vogue. “Every year, I pinch myself that I now get to be the sugarplum fairy! […] I always hope there is another child in the audience watching me up there and discovering their future as a ballerina just as I did.”

Peck’s recommended versions of The Nutcracker this year include American Ballet Theater and San Francisco Ballet. Watch one or watch all eight, all from the comfort of your couch. Find the full list on Vogue here.
