This is what culinary dreams are made of. From now until mid-November, Williams-Sonoma is going on a hiring spree to bring on thousands of seasonal customer service associates who will be working remotely. Although the process started in the beginning of the summer, roughly 200 workers are expected to be brought on every week starting in October, according to Flexjobs.

As part of the deal, newly hired employees will have a three-week training period done from home—but the benefits don’t stop at working from your couch. In addition to getting paid $12 an hour, associates also get a 40% merchandise discount as well as access to an employee recognition program and associate engagement contents and events. Once training is finished, employees will start working 30 to 50 hours a week.

“With the volume of growth we are experiencing, the opportunities are endless!” says Josh Layton, Williams-Sonoma recruiting manager. “There has never been a more exciting time to work for Williams-Sonoma, Inc.”

At this point, you might already be asking, “Where can I sign up?!” First, it’s important to understand whether or not you’re a fit for the job.

You typically have to live within 1.5 hours of a Williams-Sonoma Customer Care Center (there are 20 locations listed on the official website). You must own a desktop computer or laptop with high-speed internet access, and it goes without saying that you have to be comfortable using technology. Additionally, you must be equipped with a web camera for virtual interaction and a compatible headset that works with your computer.

These remote customer service opportunities are getting a lot of buzz, but this isn’t the first time Williams-Sonoma has been recognized for their impressive work flexibility, making Flexjob’s “100 Top Companies With Remote Jobs” list year over year.
