As an exercise in blending vintage and contemporary and high and low, this concept home comes across as very chic, but also like a home that was put together over time.

As a showcase of local resources, the designers made good use of many of our favorites including Reside and Machine Age for one of a kind vintage pieces, Lekker and Vessel for tableware and accessories, Dover rugs for vintage and custom carpets, as well as our small cool winner colorTHEORY for much of the painting.

The elegant bench in the entry was a custom collaboration between the architect and 60Nobscot using reclaimed wood. The car collage in the boys bedroom came straight from the architects boyhoood collection. It is these elements as well as surprises like a vegetable garden on the terrace that made the concept home feel fresh and new but also warm and livable. It feels right at home on Apartment Therapy.
