To sell a home, a buyer has to picture their life in the space. Owners have a new tool to help the imagining along: movie trailers. The latest for pitching luxury condos and properties, a director, camera crew, and actors set the scene and create a bubbling cocktail party or a relaxing evening on the veranda. The National Association of Realtors says sellers' use of movies is up 5% in five years to 14%.
