If you've been planning a trip to the Magnolia Mecca of Waco, Texas, soon there will be a new place to stay. Chip and Joanna Gaines just revealed their latest vacation property, Hillcrest Estate. Here's a look inside:
The Fixer Upper stars purchased Hillcrest Estate—which dates back to 1903—last year. The couple announced on Instagram that the 4,831 square foot home will be available to rent in the fall.
"We are now opening another vacation rental!" Joanna said on Instagram. "Chip and I had so much fun restoring this old Waco icon and cannot wait to welcome guests starting this fall. This house dates back to 1903 and we definitely kept its old world charm—our hope is that friends and families from all over can make lasting memories here during their visit to Waco."
Whatever you think of the show or their style, it's undeniable that the Gaines have turned Waco into a hot destination for Fixer Upper fans, and has even inspired some former projects—like the "tiny" shotgun house—to ask astronomical listing prices.
If you want to see what it looked like before Joanna got her shiplap loving hands on it, Today shared the listing photos back when the pair purchased the house back in 2016.
The Gaines already have one rental property listed in the "stay" section of their website called Magnolia House, which opened in 2015 and sleeps eight.
While the new house—which sleeps twelve—doesn't have an exact availability date yet, the website says that it'll be announced to newsletter subscribers first.
