This Chicago loft needed a lot of work when it was purchased. The chain smoking previous owner had been there for years and the loft was covered in (stinky) carpet. Ceiling ducts 12 feet off the ground were a grimy, salmon color and in an overall unattractive state. The renovation was nothing sort of amazing. And the tour of the holiday decor they displayed in 2017 is worth rerunning because they took care to decorate their loft for the holidays in the same cozy, classic way in which it’s decorated all the other days of the year.
