Apfel is currently the face of Macy’s in-house brand INC, and the emojis are a part of that campaign. They also come just in time for her 95th birthday, on August 29.

“I’m a little old for emojis, and I didn’t know what they were,” Apfel said in a press release. “But everyone seems to like them, and I want everyone to have a good time. If my face makes people happy, I’m all for it.”

The emojis are a mix of Apfel emoticons and fashionista must-haves:

This isn’t her first foray into 21st century tech; earlier this year, Apfel partnered with WiseWear to create a line of wearable fitness & health trackers that don’t compromise style.

Apfel, the go-to interior designer for the White House under nine presidents, became a fashion icon later in life, in part because of Bill Cunningham’s street style spreads in the New York Times.
