Any sources on buying organic hand soap in bulk?
I groan every time I see the links for the spaghetti jar uses. You-all got me addicted to saving jars, and I can't stop! I've got a cabinet full, and not near enough uses for them. Last year I made granola for Christmas gifts; I may have to do that again just to get rid of some jars!
What is the source for the cabinets in the top left picture? They are beautiful!
AbraCat, I'm envious of your jar collection! I'd like to save jars, but I don't seem to buy anything that comes in them.
My kitchen windowsill is filled with empty jars. My husband thinks I'm crazy every time I save yet another jar for from the recycle bin...
I got the same problem! My hubby is like "two cabinets full?"
I've been using baby jars as repurposed spice jars for years and find them to be the best for this purpose - open mouths = I can get a spoon into the jar, lids close pretty well, they are easy to wash and use for another purpose, the lids can be magnetised for storage purposes, etc.
I'm just trying to figure out what to do with all the fancy napkins leftover from my sister's wedding.
My Depression-Era Gramma wants to pinch both of your cheeks with happiness over this list! She still recycles bread bags and tin foil!
These are so amazingly creative! I am especially in love with the lightbulb cool little terrarium/vase idea!!!
One of our Chief Home Design Officer's motto is to use things out of context. You never know what fabulously cool decor ideas you'll create.
She did something similar by using candle holders as plant pots.

When there is still a little paint left in the paint can and you don't want to dispose of it, store it in a jar. You can see what color you need for touch ups!!
We've reused two old wine caskets and turned them into living room lamps! The info is in Dutch, but the video is quite self-explanatory. I hope it's inspiring! http://teveelvrijetijd.wordpress.com/2013/04/15/de-wijnkist-lamp/
