Name/Title: Eliza Kesuma/Founder
Open Date: Early 2011
Inspiration for opening: The strong desire to create wallpaper that 'I would like to find' that isn't already out there - I've noticed mainly floral-related wallpaper themes are the popular ones, as they're naturally beautiful already, where's the challenge in that?
Merchandise source: I design and manufacture them myself (through screen-printing, etc), in my humble studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Best selling item: The new hand-printed cushions and the new 'Black Keys' Wallpaper seems to be quite a hit at the moment. Although previously 'Dance!' White on Black was on the favourite limelight, still is for Edinburgh I suppose.
Your favorite item: The 'Geometry' Wallpaper - in any of the colorways, they're all so different and fabulous (if I dare say so myself!).
Favorite store (other than your own): I have great admiration and the highest and uttermost respect for Timorous Beasties, they will forever be my mentors and aspiration for success (I used to work for them on a placement, and did freelance work for them once before). They're such great people to work with!
