There are a couple of key features that set Crane & Canopy's bedding apart from the others. First is the way the pieces are designed and brought to market. Whereas retailers use design houses and pay licensing fees, Crane & Canopy designs their own bedding. They then have their designs produced by the same manufacturers as specialty stores, without the middleman. This in turn cuts costs so that Crane & Canopy are able to offer their bedding for prices lower than specialty retailers.
The other unique aspect of Crane & Canopy's bedding is the way the duvet covers work. Usual duvet covers button at the bottom and can be a pain the neck to change out. Crane & Canopy's duvet covers feature a zippered opening about a 1/3 of the way from the top. This makes it easier to change the cover and, with hidden ties in the corners, helps keep the duvet cover in place. Check out the video below for a demonstration.
