While the selection at the Forma Living web shop is fairly limited, it is a well curated collection of sustainable goods that hit most of the major categories. Lighting, tableware, furniture and soft goods are on offer. These are a few of my favorites:
• Recycled Redwood & Teak Pedestals – Thai carpenters construct these pieces of unfinished teak and an oiled hardwood they call "red wood," both recovered from abandoned buildings. Starting at $215
• Constellation Pendant Lamps – Globes of zinc-plated iron are hand-drilled to create stellar shades. $121
• Recycled Glass Bubble Terrarium &ndahs; Each piece is blown without a mold, creating glass bubbles that are then flattened and curved into shape. $121
• Driftwood Candelabra – Select pieces of driftwood are collected and repurposed into this dramatic candelabra. $249
• Rustic Metal Stools – Made of rustic galvanized metal, these stools are stackable and recyclable. $53
• Recycled Juice Glasses – These colorful Moroccan juice glasses are crafted from hand-blown recycled glass. Starting at $34
• Rehabilitated Dishware – Funky dinner plates with their bold colors and hip graphics are made from dishware finds from garage sales and thrift stores which have been cleaned up, glazed, and re-fired to create a beautiful layering of old and new. $60
