Tempting as it is to go on and on about Fuego’s modernist design aesthetic – the sleek-lined minimalism, the functional modularity, the textural interplay of industrial materials – we’d rather discuss the overarching principle that informs everything we do. Namely, if you want to shake up tradition, you have to set a match to it first.

Fuego's beautifully sleek, modern design should come as no surprise considering the brain behind the model. Robert Brunner, you might know him from a little company called Apple where he was Director of Design, has works featured in the permanent collections at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and San Francisco and his latest brainchild "Fuego" is already award-winning.

The unit boasts teak countertops, stainless steel sinks, and double-burner ranges. This is not your typical tailgate grill. The "ultimate outdoor kitchen" is for the ultimate cooking enthusiast as the complete modular setup will run you about $15,000. If you opt for just the grill, their most popular model is the Fuego O2 Electric. Ideal for balconies and spaces that prohibit open flames, this model is priced at $1,800.
