I always drool when I see these pieces but the prices are just prohibitive. I think I could only justify these if I were living in a really high cost of living area like London, New York City or San Francisco.
I can't help but wince looking at the "feet" of the bunkbed. The thought of stubbing one's foot on one of them in the middle of the night...youch!
living with another person, I would have to say the most feasible option would be the sofa and bed. The other options, while ingenious, would interfere with the other person's work/play space should I decide to go to bed before them.

Extremely disappointed! For what is not an inexpensive product, I found the staff and policies unfriendly (I worked with Jason), and ultimately the product very disappointing. After waiting 16 weeks from time of order, I was delivered a damaged and incomplete product. Then I was hassled about sorting out the defects. I still do not have what I ordered and paid over $10,000.00 for.
