2Modern Delivers Bad Serviced
I purchased a crib from 2Modern paid extra to have the crib set-up in my house. 2Modern had it delivered to my street corner instead. My very pregnant wife had to argue with the deliver people who said they could not deliver it inside or set-up the crib. My wife showed the paperwork that we paid for the in-house deliver to no avail. It has been a week and 2Modern has yet to provide a solution or reimburse me for the cost of the extra shipping. This process has cost my family extra money to take off work only to not have the crib arrive. We are still hopefully that it will arrive - but are not holding our breath any more. Next is a complaint to BBB if we can't get the crib delivered.
The crib looks great but order it from another vendor because you may never get it if 2Modern is shipping it.
