Fixer Upper fans, it is time to rejoice! While our favorite HGTV is no more, that doesn’t mean our favorite Texas family is done fixing up houses. There is only so long that the Gaines family can stay away from projects that need a lot of work.

Even though Joanna Gaines is due to give birth this summer, the design master has revealed that there is a new project for the Gaines family.

On her Instagram, Joanna shared two photos giving a sneak peek into her first major project since Fixer Upper ended in April 2018.

Joanna wrote:

“Scoping out one of our latest projects. This renovation is going to be a good one. Look at these interior and exterior walls!”

The pale stone exterior and interior fit right in with Joanna’s design style, so it is no surprise that they’d pick this project, which has been dubbed Old Grist Mill. We cannot wait to see what Chip and Joanna can do with this project.

The final episode of Fixer Upper aired on April 3, 2018, on HGTV. When they revealed that season five would be their last, everyone was shocked, as Fixer Upper was HGTV’s most popular show. However, Chip and Joanna have been up to quite a bit over the last year, between opening Magnolia Table, releasing a line with Target, Joanna released a cookbook, and the couple are preparing to welcome their fifth child, a boy.

Before the finale aired, Joanna wrote in a blog post about the decorating guidebook she is working on:

“My passion is to help people in their own homes—you don’t have to be a designer to get it right. It’s not about rules and special formulas. I believe it starts by simply going with your gut and telling your story. I unpack many different looks and styles in this book and give a deeper look into the design process and where to start with your space. I can’t wait to share this project with you, and I will keep you posted on when it will be available.”

We cannot wait for the release of that book, we’ll buy it and put it on our coffee table ASAP. And we cannot wait to see Chip and Joanna’s next fixer project!
