Whether or not you are a full-on devotee to the cottagecore trend, the home decor aesthetic has plenty of timeless elements you can still draw inspiration from when it comes to home decor and storage — like embroidery, vintage floral patterns, and rustic-looking wicker baskets.In fact, as I saw in a recent TikTok, wicker picnic baskets are a great choice for under-bed storage.

When it comes to storage in my small bathroom, I have three options: an already-full medicine cabinet, a slim under-sink cabinet (and the tiny countertop) with barely enough room to fit cleaning supplies, and two floating glass shelves above my toilet. I’m not one for visual clutter, so I’ve only put a few items on the glass shelves (which makes them an impractical solution).
