The 10 Things I Hate About You House Is on the Market
“You’re just too good to be true, can’t take my eyes off of you,” which is what you’ll be singing to this house. And for good reason! Not only is it beautiful, it’s also the house featured in classic teen movie 10 Things I Hate About You.
Located in Tacoma, Washington, the gorgeous Victorian has plenty to offer up outside of its Hollywood pedigree, but that doesn’t hurt.
The five bedroom, four bathroom 5,760 square foot house is on the market for $1.6 million. Built in 1907 the home packs in a lot of antique charm, including french doors and inlay hardwood floors.

And according to Hello Giggles, the former owners leaned into the movie connection, honoring the film’s late star Heath Ledger when he passed in 2008.
The house has only been up for a few days but has already generated plenty of buzz thanks to its ability to stir up some serious late ’90s nostalgia.
