Years lived in: 1.5 years, renting

This is a rental home where I live with my husband, our two dogs, and two cats. This was my final project as a home stylist and it was challenging due to the fact that it’s a rental house so I had a lot of boundaries and I couldn’t do whatever I want.

Describe your home’s style in 5 words or less: Colorful vintage eclectic home.

What is your favorite room and why? My favorite room is the living room. I feel that all my wildest dreams came true there, considering the budget and the fact that it is a rental. I love all the different colors and the patterns—which are amazing in my opinion—the vintage furniture, and all the art that I have found. This room is the essence of me as a designer.

If you could magically change something about your home, what would it be? I would make it mine and then hang wallpaper in every single room.

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? My advice is follow your heart. You are supposed to be excited with all the things in your house. Buy only the things that will make you smile even after a few years.
