Describe your space:
It’s taken a couple of years for me to really find my voice and vision for the space. What has emerged is a postmodern, pastel, '80s, and vintage inspired home that genuinely feels like me and I love! Plants are a big part of it because I really feel the most grounded and connected when I’m in nature. Bringing them inside has brought a lot of fulfillment and peace! I’m an avid thrifter and go weekly, sometimes daily to treasure hunt for the best finds! Vintage pieces are so unique and add so much to my space and I’m often attracted to weird and obscure artists and sculptors.
Did you DIY anything in your space? And, if so, what's your favorite DIY?
My husband and I have put up all of our wallpaper together, and my favorite is the “Cosmic Abstraction” mural in our living room. I’ve also painted a lot of spaces.
What's your favorite product that you bought for your space and where did it come from?
It’s so difficult to choose one piece! My MCM vintage credenza I’ve had for about 10 years and I still love it as much as I did the day I bought it. I also get absolutely giddy over finding an incredible sculpture at Goodwill for $5!!!
What inspires you?
Nature inspires me a lot. I decorate with the colors and patterns found in plants and flowers and sunsets. I think inspiration is everywhere from a sidewalk mural to food if you’re looking for it!
