Describe your space:

We live, work, and travel full-time in our 40-foot 1999 motorhome. While the layout is great, the styling was dated, and we needed to maximize every inch of our 330 square feet, while creating a home that reflects our personal taste and lifestyle. So I called my good friend Jane Brown—a genius when it comes to making small spaces beautiful, on a budget. Jane flew from Sydney to the USA and helped us do the ultimate RV makeover in under a month. We think it's the smallest, coolest space ever, because it's one of a kind, and we live in style everywhere we go, in our glamping home and office on wheels.

Did you DIY anything in your space? And, if so, what's your favorite DIY?

We DIYed almost everything! We replaced the old carpet and tile with a luxury vinyl plank floor. Removed 44 of the 48 mirrors, painted walls, tiled the kitchen and bathroom backsplash. We recovered valances, and flipped the original cabinet doors for a more sleek, modern look. We changed the hardware, painted accent colors, and added dimmable LED strip lighting plus three chandeliers! One of our favorite DIYs was removing the old booth dinette and building a new L-shaped dining area with under storage, which opened the space up. And creating two separate workspaces, one utilizing the driver's area.

What's your favorite product that you bought for your space and where did it come from?

We love the two custom stainless steel pieces we had made for our kitchen. The stovetop cover doubles as a kitchen prep space. And our fave—a countertop extension—mounts on the side of the kitchen sink cabinet. It just looks like a sleek design element that links in with the S/S residential fridge and convection microwave oven. But when we need extra counter space, we can easily set it up with an adjustable, removable leg. And it makes a great set for cooking videos on our YouTube channel. My husband, Marc, designed them and we had the pieces made by a metal fab shop, Hollyfab in Dallas, Texas.

What inspires you?

Love, travel, and freedom. We're known as RVLOVE, and you'll see the word LOVE throughout our home. We also love the freedom of our traveling life, with ever-changing scenery and views from our windows. Hence, our choice to live, work, and travel full-time in an RV. Whether we're at an RV resort in Florida, camping off-grid in the Arizona desert, or near a pristine Oregon lake, home is where we park it. Our outside world may change often, but our interior space remains a cozy, comfortable sanctuary, ideally set up for our work and lifestyle. We're inspired by knowing what we do inspires others.
