Why is your home the smallest, coolest space?
My apartment is teeny tiny, but I have truly made the most of the space by transforming it into the cozy, colorful cottage of my dreams. I am inspired by the rainforest, art celebrating the female form, '70s disco-funk, and the color orange, so naturally my apartment is filled with large leafy plants, records, beautiful paintings of women, vintage finds, and many orange accessories.
How does your home reflect you?
My home is a collection of treasures passed down from my mom and dad and items I've gathered from my travels. Every piece on the wall, or trinket on a shelf, tells a story. My favorite item I've inherited is a ceramic bust of a Scottish fisherman from my grandma. My grandma immigrated here in 1938 from Scotland. As a child, I would imagine this fisherman to come to life and tell her story.
