Why is your home the smallest, coolest space?
I work from home and am also a homebody, so as a first timer living on my own I wanted to make the place my sanctuary while functional for my lifestyle. My style is colorful, bright, but chaotic at times. I drew inspiration from many artists: Justina Blakeney, Kindah Khalidy, Jonathan Zawada, Keith Haring, and Virgil Abloh, to name a few. Inspiration comes easy in this place — that was the goal!
How does your home reflect you?
My space represents everything about me! I love color, and that's showcased throughout. I have dedicated areas for music, books, rest, my work, and my art. I also have furniture, plants, and memories (art, concert posters, photos, etc) that have been passed down from my many dear family and friends. This space is a collection of my life, my experiences, and the people in it — a true sanctuary!
