“Fixer Upper” fans, here’s a small space for you: a tiny farmhouse. Seriously, it’s practically impossible to take in the sight of this adorable abode without swooning and sighing just a little. Named Roost 36, the Perch & Nest-designed home sits on a four-acre farm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Touted as “a family size farmhouse on wheels,” Roost 36 is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of four. It has a full kitchen with a signature farmhouse sink, a fridge and plenty of counter space. There’s also a bathroom with a huge farm-style tub and an off-grid capable toilet. A glass wall in the living area opens up to a spacious, screened-in deck. Plus the house is equipped with four skylights, retractable screens and cathedral ceilings that help it feel even more open, breezy and larger than its actual size. There are three separate sleeping spaces; one in a nook under the stairs, plus two loft bedrooms.

For tiny house enthusiasts and farm lovers alike, Roost 36 is listed on Airbnb for $120 per night. It’s located near the downtown Winston-Salem area, offers views of the surrounding landscape, gorgeous sunsets and nearby Hanging Rock. It’s also just a short trek away from Pilot Mountain State Park.

Earlier this spring, Perch & Nest followed up its massively successful debut of Roost 36 with an introduction of Roost 26 at the 2018 TinyHouseNC Street Festival. With a dark exterior and a bright contrasting interior, the tiny house is a sleeker, contemporary version of the original design and is perfectly described as “a modern home on wheels.”
