Things we love about this property crush:

This home just feels like the epitome of Americana—with a whole lotta space. Welcome to this charming Tudor-style residence in the buzzy city of Cincinnati. Walk up the stone path to an A-frame stone exterior. The wood door is flanked by charming sconces and stained glass windows.

Step inside and you’ll find the prettiest arched doorways and an entry way with details like artistic shelving, wallpaper, and space for wine—perhaps a welcome drink? From here, there’s a spacious living space with hardwood flooring, a fireplace that anchors the room, and French doors that lead outside.

The house features an open kitchen with top-notch appliances, modern cabinets, and a quartz island with a built-in stove and seating. There’s plenty of space here for an eat-in table, but just around the corner is a more formal dining room, with intricate crown molding and large windows. Plus, there’s a bonus room that would work well for a media space.

Head upstairs and you’ll find a stunner of a master suite (with a huge bathroom), plus two very large bedrooms and a shared bath. Then go downstairs and you’ll find an entirely new living space with a rec room, built-in desks (which could also be a wet bar area), a bedroom, laundry room, and its very-own bathroom.

In fact, there seem to be built-ins, pretty shelving, and loads of storage cabinetry in every nook and cranny so there’s no reason you’ll ever see clutter while living here.

Finally, our favorite part of the home: a legit greenhouse with curved doorways and loads of light pouring in. Outside, there’s a large yard with lovely landscaping, a stunning brick side porch with a ceiling fan, and a walk-out deck for al fresco lounging.
