Why we have a crush on this property

We are no strangers to small spaces here at Apartment Therapy. (Just look at our lineup of tiny tours.) That’s why when this 296-square-foot coastal studio hit the market, we marveled at its tidy, trim layout.

The little number has a long list of enviable qualities, starting with its location: Provincetown, the tip of Cape Cod. The vibrant beach town’s main thoroughfare is Commercial Street, and this home is situated among its scores of shops, restaurants, and galleries. It also looks out to the bay, and comes with a small deck for enjoying coffee and sea breezes in the mornings.

Inside, the studio offers a kitchen with a deep sink and open shelving, plus a cooktop, a stove, a dishwasher, and room for a small island with stools. A compact living area is situated next to the sleeping alcove, which you can mount a tiny TV inside.

As for storage, there are built-in drawers under the bed alcove, as well as a closet next to it. Rows of shelves near the entryway provide a little extra flair. A wall of windows, meanwhile, lets sunlight into the small space, and some track lighting over the kitchen tops it off.

The condo is listed for $449,000 by Jon Goode and Bill Farmer with Beachfront Realty in Provincetown.
