Things we love about this property crush:

We’ve found the ultimate Florida beach home on Anna Maria Island. Seriously, if we were to conjure up an image of the dreamiest Florida beach cottage, this would be it. There’s character for days—no cookie-cutter McMansion here. Step into the white cottage and you enter a sweet little sunroom, with beautiful hardwood flooring that would be ideal for morning coffee or evening sundowners. From there, an open-concept living room and kitchen has a vintage vibe with all the updates: an island with barstools, bright-white cabinetry, wood countertops, a farmhouse sink, and retro Smeg appliances. White exposed beams and a high ceiling make the space feel larger than it is. Bedrooms are on the small size, but have white wood walls that give them extra character.

Possibly the best feature of the home is the large and updated screened-in back porch that’s truly an extra living space. The backyard is lush and massive with lots of shady mature trees. There’s even a white picket fence.
