Dinner Parties are capped at two guests today in this tiny space!

Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: I moved into my little studio after spending a year living with my parents during Covid. I had so much pent-up creative energy that I couldn’t wait to channel into a space of my own. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in without roommates and since moving in I’ve become more confident in my own style. There is something pretty special about creating a space of your own in your twenties. I feel very lucky to call this little space mine.

Buying fresh flowers for this kitchen corner is my favorite weekly rituals

I am a very creative minded person and I think my home reflects that. My color palette (lavenders, mauves, whites, and vintage wood tones) calms me down and puts me in a creative mindset. I also focused a lot on mood lighting in this space. I have a strict “no overhead lighting” rule and I turn to lamps and dimmer switches for my everyday lighting. As an anxious person, this simple change has done me wonders!

What is your favorite room and why? Definitely the kitchen! When I was looking for apartments, a beautiful kitchen was top on my wish list. I still pinch myself most days that I found a near-perfect one(at least for a studio apt). I have two huge windows, tall white cabinets, and updated appliances. I love playing around with styling my cutting boards and cookbooks and arranging fresh flowers from the farmer’s market on the weekend.

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? I recently started collecting Splatterware Dishes from MARCH SF. They make all my meals so much more exciting and they look gorgeous on my dining table too! I have the white on terracotta colorway.
