Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: The house was built in 1900 and was eventually converted into three apartments. Fortunately, they preserved the charming historic details, including exposed brick, a built-in bookshelf, and original doors. It’s located near downtown Eugene and is within walking distance of the best restaurants, local breweries, and farmer’s markets.

What is your favorite room and why? My favorite room is the bedroom. It’s quiet, cozy, and comfortable. I also can see the hallway’s exposed brick while lying in my bed.

Any advice for creating a home you love? Take your time when creating your space. It’s easy to get carried away and buy everything at once. Be patient and collect items that you love and admire.
