If you haven’t flipped through the pages of the book, then you’ve seen the posts on Instagram: “Cabin Porn,” as it’s called, is a scrapbook of sorts, highlighting handmade homes all over the world. The collection of warm and cozy images does a pretttty good job of making you want to move to a cabin in the woods. But cabin die-hards, take note: the house that inspired the creators of Cabin Porn to go all in on cabins is now on the market.

The main house on the 53-acre property in upstate New York is called Beaver Brook, and it’s a modern marvel — the timber-frame abode flaunts a steel roof and radiant concrete floors. Inside, a stunning open-concept living area is bathed in sunlight by floor-to-ceiling windows. Around the corner, there’s an airy kitchen with open shelving and new appliances.
