Things we love about this property crush:

Well, for starters, we featured this three-bedroom home in a House Tour this past May! One of the “besties” got married, so the home is now on the market.

This large Mt. Tabor home has loads of space and feels like a hip retreat the minute you walk in the door.

Built in the 1980s, the home maintains historic charm, but has plenty of updates including beautiful bamboo and cork flooring, quartz counters, central air-conditioning and a high-efficiency furnace, new appliances, along with a front-loading-washer and dryer.

The main level boasts a large living space with a stone fireplace and unbeatable city views. This leads to a dining room, and on to a modern kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops. There’s room for additional seating at the bar and for an eat-in table. The kitchen leads to a charming private deck.

The main floor has three bedrooms, plus a master suite featuring a remodeled master bath with garden soaking tub and separate shower. There’s a big picture window with more of those killer views.

The home has one special surprise after another. We love the fanciful touches like designer wallpaper in multiple rooms—and the downstairs suite has a newly remodeled half-bath and its own fireplace—ideal for Airbnb rental.

The outdoor space is a lush escape, surrounded by greenery and a deck for relaxing.
