This is such a great example of thoughtful and practical design. Ujianai and Adit built a great backyard that is not only inspired by their enviornment, but designed to help it.

From Ujjaini and Adit: When we bought our house two and a half years ago, we knew the backyard needed work. We were lucky to make a large enough outdoor space and good weather to enjoy it all year around. We began with a blank slate and feel like we have created a space that we absolutely love. Given the drought in California, we had a vision to create a sustainable outdoor space and our amazing landscape designer helped us bring it life.
