Location: Paris, France

Dwayne (my husband) and I live in a one bedroom apartment in the North East of Paris, by the park Les Buttes Chaumont. I met Dwayne in New York when I was an intern at the Metropolitan Opera. We lived in Los Angeles together and got married in Lyon, where I still had my student apartment. We are both creatives working in the film industry and last year we decided to live in Paris.

Our apartment is a typical Parisian apartment with hardwood floor, white walls, a decorated ceiling and two fireplaces. When I visited this apartment, I knew this was the one.

Our living room is both our relaxing and working place. I also like hanging out in the small kitchen because the sun always comes in.

I built my own dressing closet which I’m really proud of (I’m a costume designer, so I have LOTS of clothes). I also made some hooks shaped like people’s hands I love.

I love minimalist style combined with splashes of colors. I try to not put too much pink everywhere even if this is the color that makes me happy. Our home is a playground that reflects who we are – full of joy and ideas.
