A Small, Sophisticated Studio Apartment in the West Village

Everyone knows that studio apartment living can be tough. But wedding planner Annie Lee worked magic in her small space, creating distinct areas for different living needs. Filled with sumptuous materials and flirty florals, this small space oozes sophistication. (And has spectacular views!)

I’m a wedding planner in NYC, my company is Daughter of Design (because I’m a daughter of an interior designer! Also my sister is Kahi Lee from HGTV).

I recently took some new headshots in my apt before I start dismantling it for my move next month and had the thought I should finally maybe submit it to some design publications!

I have so many favorite pieces but my biggest inspiration is my Ye Hongxing Sticker Art piece I had commissioned with meaningful symbols.

I’m very proud of how I maximized my little studio space, using my piano for a room divider/headboard/musical instrument, and more creative solutions and layouts.
