I couldn’t be happier now that I’ve moved into my new apartment — let’s just say that my previous one left a lot to be desired — but like any New York City rental, it does have some cons. (Trust me, you’ll never find a place here that checks every box on your must-have list.) A tiny bathroom is one of the features counting against it, but it’s nothing I can’t handle, as long as I make the most of every square inch. That’s where organizers come in.

After unpacking every box, making my bathroom functional was my first order of business. First, I added a narrow rolling cart from Target, which holds all of my makeup and toiletries and turns a seemingly unusable area into storage. Next, I went looking for something that would have the same effect in my shower. I’ve tried nearly every variation of shower caddy since my college dorm days, and my latest find has been one of the best. Keep reading to find out why you should grab Amazon’s Epicano Shower Caddy while it’s on sale, too!

What is the Epicano Shower Caddy?

Out of a sea of not-so-pretty chrome options, this caddy stood out to me immediately. It has wire baskets for optimal airflow, like any solid caddy does, but it also has curved sides, giving it a nicer appearance than most. The two-tiered design offers plenty of storage for all of your soap and shampoo bottles, and there’s even a designated slot for a bar of soap. Four hooks hang off of it for loofahs and washcloths. Most importantly, however, are the features that keep it in place on the showerhead. There’s a rubber grip around the top portion, and it comes with an adhesive hook to keep it flush against the wall. To top it all off, the rust-proof metal comes in white, bronze, matte black, and silver (which is even cheaper than the rest at $18).

Why I Love the Epicano Shower Caddy

I’ve had several bad experiences with the kind of caddies that hook on the showerhead. Sometimes, they would slip down constantly. Others became grimy way too fast. In college, I had one that did both. Even though I’ve just about had it with poorly-designed shower storage, I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a caddy — and thankfully, Epicano’s budget-friendly option has performed perfectly since I added it to my setup. Sure, it sits behind my shower curtain, but I still wanted something that blends well with my bathroom decor. The white color almost disappears against the white tiles of my bathroom, and the curved sides go with the scalloped edges of my shower curtain.

Above all, it delivers in terms of storage and security. Even when I yank one of my shampoo bottles off of one of the shelves, it doesn’t have any jostling effect on the caddy. The top shelf can easily hold over six bottles, and the same goes for the bottom one if you don’t put a bar of soap on that portion. The only downside is that there’s no slot for my razor, but there’s more than enough space to rest it on one of the shelves. So far, it hasn’t fallen between the bars. Really, there’s so much else going for Epicano’s caddy that I don’t mind — especially considering that I scored it on sale. If you’re in need of a cute, affordable, reliable shower storage solution like I was, you can’t do much better!
