Name: Pam and her dog Franny Location: Houston, Texas Size: 1,900 square feet Years lived in: 8 months, renting I am an ER doctor, originally from NYC, residency trained in Detroit. I decided to not go back to NYC right away, pay off some loans, save money, and travel the world. I ended up in Houston in August 2017, two weeks before Hurricane Harvey. I don’t know anyone here so making my house a true home was extremely important to me. I was honestly thankful to have a home at all.
