A sad, old table handed down to Jessica from her grandfather was a sturdy side table, but lacked the style she was looking for. It was an unexpected designer piece that gave Jessica the inspiration to transform this side table into something else!

Jessica spotted a Bernhardt Cabrillo Nailhead Chest in Architectural Digest Magazine and loved the look.

From Jessica:

I used a free paint sample, some dollar store thumbtacks, and a drill to completely redo the look of the table — all for just $6! The whole process took two days, but most of that time was spent waiting for the paint to dry. Creating the faux nailhead trim pattern went really quickly.
