This trip to Goodwill was originally intended to find something to be crafted into a make-up storage vanity for a friend. But when Jae finished a few simple tweaks to transform this old tool cart, it seemed like a no-brainer to show-off how it’d be perfect as something helpful when entertaining friends in your home!

Using some Rustoleum Gloss Sun Yellow spray paint, adding some knobs and having some patience (the finish took a few coats and sanding to get it right), the end result is a compact caddy perfect for housing a bar area, make-up supplies or anything else!

From Jae:

I found this cart originally intended for tools at Goodwill. A few tweaks later and it’s ready for indoor use. It’s so functional it can be used a variety of ways. Its new owner is going to use it in her makeup studio!

Cool job Jae! It’s simple but effective. We love the patterned liner on top and in the drawers!
