Allison scored this dresser for $25. While she loved the detail, the faux wood wasn’t doing it for her. After some paint, now those details really pop.

From Allison:

I scored this 1970’s Mediterranean style dresser at a garage sale for only $25. I love the curves and detail of the dresser but I wasn’t loving the faux wood grain and pressed wood look. I painted the entire piece in Heirloom Traditions paint color Naval and sealed it with Dark Umber Wax to highlight the details of the piece.

I spray painted the handles gold using Rustoleum’s Gold Metallic spray paint. This project was an easy task and was complete in just one afternoon.
