This small house near Nashville had been left unloved for awhile. Claudia decided to give it the makeover it deserved, including some much-needed curb appeal:

From Claudia:

This is one of two projects that I just recently finished in the area of Nashville, TN. The cottage had been vacant since 2010 and in a huge disarray.
The project involved: a new architectural roof, gutters, shutters, windows, new HVAC system installed instead of the window units it had come with, new flooring, paint, kitchen countertops, sink, faucets, complete electrical rewiring, all new lighting fixtures, and new landscaping out front.
It took me about 3 months to complete and the most stressful part was getting the right electrician for the project…who knew electricians are so busy that they book out for weeks ahead of time?

This turned the ugly duckling on the block into the prettiest little home!
