We are big fans of Calling It Home’s yearly One Room Challenge, and love to watch all the amazing transformations that happen in just six short weeks. Some are more extensive than others, but all are amazing and inspirational. Above is a blank slate guest bedroom from Pencil & Paper Co. which became a layered, yet fresh and comfortable space for house guests.

For this project, they kept they room light by painting the walls “Pink Ground” by Farrow & Ball and brought in furniture that was classic and clean. Vintage pieces — like a reupholstered sofa framed wallpaper — make it personal and unique.

To see the rest of the room, and follow the project from start to finish, head over to Pencil & Paper Co. for all the details and photos. And then see all the participants of this year’s One Room Challenge.
