These Are the Best Books of 2022, According to Amazon Editors
Whether you’ve read 5 or 50 books this year, we can all agree: Figuring out what to read next isn’t easy. If you’re in the mood to give a recent release a go, look no further than the Amazon Book Editors’ 2022 Books of the Year list.
“We’ve had a bumper crop of amazing books to choose from this year,” Sarah Gelman, editorial director for Amazon Books, said in a press release. “But to get our passionate (read: opinionated) team of editors to agree on one they loved is almost a miracle.”
Taking the top spot in 2022 is “Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow” by Gabrielle Zevin, which follows an intricate, 30-year relationship between two childhood friends who become renowned video game designers.
“I’ve loved many books from this year, so it is an unexpected honor for ‘Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow’ to be selected as Amazon’s Best of the Year,” said Zevin. “What a remarkable time to be a writer and a reader!”
