Looking for affordable original art for your home? Chances are you already know that Etsy’s a great place to buy unique art handcrafted by independent creatives around the world. You also likely know it’s the place you’ll find a piece that speaks to you and won’t be in every other home on your block. But with so many options on the site, it can be overwhelming to browse, especially if you’re not sure what you’re looking for.

We’re here to help. We rounded up 10 of our favorite Etsy shops selling all sorts of art — watercolor paintings, impressionist prints, handmade collages, and lots more — that’ll help you find your style and your new favorite piece for your wall. We even went ahead and selected a piece from each shop that we love and listed them below for a little design inspiration (should you need it). It’s time for an art refresh!

Snoogs & Wilde

Modern, nature-inspired wall art is how Snoogs & Wilde owner/artist Sarah Martinez describes her prints. Her watercolor paintings are full of plants, animals, and other elements from nature, all painted in vivid colors and a slightly abstract style to give them a contemporary feel. She plays with content and style, so you’ll find everything from a large colorful fish to Scandinavian-style abstract shapes, and a whole lot more.

OutofCopenhagen

Star-seller Morten Hoffmeyer sells original vintage posters from the late 1800s to the 2000s from all over the world through his shop, OutofCopenhagen. Find everything from art exhibition posters to pop art to movies, advertisements, graphic design greats, and sports events like this poster for the 1982 World Cup in Madrid.

Carla Llanos Prints

UK-based Chilean artist Carla Llanos’ illustrations are a celebration of women in all their varied forms. Her earth-toned, abstract designs often depict women sitting alone or together, and they’re both soothing and empowering. We love her portraits of slow life and prints from her paintings of floral-patterned pottery

Kate Shrine

If you’ve run out of room for plants in your home, bring nature in with Kate Shriner’s mixed-media art. She combines real pressed flowers, gold leafing, and watercolor to create stunning, textured prints of celestial and botanical objects. Each print is unique thanks to the real flowers, but all are full of wonder. The simple Neutral Moon print makes an awe-inducing astrological addition to any room.

Meenal Patel Studio

Joy and representation are what drive artist, illustrator, and author Meenal Patel. Her cheerful prints, greeting cards, and children’s books depict women and children of diverse backgrounds, giving everyone the chance to see themselves reflected in art. “Priya Dreams of Marigolds & Masala” makes a great gift for the young, budding reader in your life, while the Women March On print is an empowering addition to your gallery wall.

Lily & Val

This paper goods store sells prints of quotes and images written and designed entirely on a chalkboard. The artist, Valerie McKeehan, carefully draws her art on the chalkboard, photographs it, and sells the final pieces as wall prints, cards, and other stationery. Most of her designs are uplifting sayings and cute phrases, like this “Smile, Breathe, Go Slowly” print with lemons in the background. All will bring a bit of joy to your life and give you that rustic chalkboard look — without any dust.

Mirlande

The old-school art of collage gets a contemporary upgrade with Mirlande’s mixed-media creations. The artist, Mirlande Jean-Gilles, uses images from magazines and books to create varied scenes, all of which feature Black women. Many of her pieces also incorporate an astrological element like starry skies or shiny galaxy patterns. Girl With the Big Afro, which depicts a faceless collaged woman against a green watercolor background, is one of her bestsellers.

Doriscici Art

If you’re looking to bring a bit of modern, minimal art into your home at an affordable price, this shop’s printable pieces are your bullseye. Doris Cici’s Scandinavian-style line art features abstract figures and warm colors that’ll add both contemporary edginess and minimalist softness to your space. There are tons of designs and styles to choose from — some black and white, some color, some shapes, some bodies. This three-piece set combines all the styles into one eye-catching collection.

Clare Elsaesser

Inspired by nature and daydreams, Clare Elsaesser’s Impressionist-style paintings feature calming images of quiet and connection. Her depictions of everyday moments, whether with loved ones or alone with nature, are inspiring reminders of the beauty of the day-to-day. Plus, they’ll add an artsy touch to any space. This gorgeous sunset-inspired piece is a perfect example, and we could honestly stare at it all day.

Julia Ockert

Fans of fine art will find plenty to love in Julia Ockert’s shop. The Australian artist specializes in intimately detailed illustrations that are heavily nostalgic, ranging from still lifes of fruit and cocktails to old-school cars and food. She turns them all into giclée prints that are ready to hang and sure to inspire some reminiscing. Lean into the nostalgia with the retro Looking Back Print.
