The late Betty White’s long time Los Angeles home has hit the market, and on sale for  $10,575,000.

Built in 1952, reports that White and her husband purchased the Brentwood abode in 1968 and was the couple’s primary home for a number of years. Offering spectacular views of the Getty Museum and mountains,  a spokesman for White’s estate told the Wall Street Journal that the pair purchased the home because it was “close enough to the various studios where she worked while still providing privacy,”

The home has been “lovingly cared for” and is now available for purchase for the first time in over 50 years. With white exteriors, a yellow front door, and farmhouse-style windows, the picturesque property offers a joyful charm that is in line with the “Golden Girls” actress’ iconic character

Spanning 3,029 square feet, the home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The gated property is set back from the street, aiding privacy, and the lush grounds feature well-tended flower filled gardens, old-growth trees, a large pool, and a pool house.

The property is being sold for land value, and there are no interior shots of the home available. The listing also states that there will be no access inside the home, even during visits.

“This is a unique opportunity to build your dream home on a flat lot in a serene country setting,” the listing reads.

The Brentwood property listing comes shortly after White’s coastal retreat in Carmel, CA, for  $10,775,000—almost $3 million over the asking price. With an open floor plan, walls of glass, beamed ceilings, and terraces, the mid-century modern oceanfront home reflects the natural beauty of the area. The three-story vacation home, which was named’s most popular listing, has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The spacious grounds include lush gardens and a gated path to a sandy beach.
