We’ve all had that one boss who makes getting through the workday a total slog. Maybe they text you at 10 p.m. on a weekend or passively aggressively ask you to “hop on a quick call” after a day’s worth of nonstop meetings.

Unfortunately, having a terrible boss is far from a unique experience. Do you know what is? Sending your boss to hell, which is what Basecamp promises to do if you win their new contest.

The software company will give one lucky winner the chance to literally tell their boss to go to hell…a.k.a. a six-day, five-night vacation for two to the Cayman Islands, where they’ll tour a town called Hell.

Okay, it’s not the fire and brimstone treatment that you might have been picturing. But think about it! With your boss away, you can finally get some work done and pursue that elusive work-life balance in peace.

Of course, if going to Hell yourself sounds better than another week at the office, the winner is welcome to take the trip themselves. And since the prize also includes $1,000 worth of spending money, you can enjoy your time out of the office by enjoying some good old-fashioned retail therapy. In total, the trip value is $10,000.

The contest is open to all residents of the continental United States and DC who are over the age of 21. Entries close on Friday, March 31, at 11:59. The winner will be notified shortly afterward.

So, ready to send your boss (or yourself) to hell? To enter, simply visit this website and provide your name and email address. You can also answer a bonus question about what makes work hell for you if you’re so inclined. Good luck!
