It’s been a busy year for the “Brady Bunch” house. Last August, HGTV purchased the property, which was used as the exterior of the Brady home on the beloved ‘70s series, for $3.5 million. A few months later, the network announced that the cast of “The Brady Bunch” reunited to film “A Very Brady Renovation,” a series following the process of restoring the home back to its original retro glory. And now, one lucky fan has the chance to win the ultimate “Brady Bunch” experience: a six-night stay at the iconic TV home, plus $25,000 cash.

If you want to win “A Very Brady Contest,” you’ll need to get in touch with your groovy side. From now until 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 11, submit a :30 to :90-second video sharing why you deserve to win the grand prize. Perhaps you could rewrite the lyrics to a Brady Bunch Kids hit like “It’s a Sunshine Day” or “Keep On.” HGTV will select nine finalists and ultimately, the public will vote on one finalist to get the full Brady experience.

When “The Brady Bunch” aired from 1969-1974, the house, which is located in Studio City in Los Angeles, was only used for exterior shots of the Brady home. But now, thanks to extensive renovations which were documented for the upcoming series, the inside actually matches the original sets from the show, which were filmed on a sound stage at Paramount Studios. From Greg’s attic to the floating staircase, the layout of the house is now an exact replica of the sets. It’s also full of little touches fans will appreciate, like Carol’s favorite vase. There’s just one rule: Don’t play ball in the house.

All six of the original Brady kids (Barry Williams, Maureen McCormick, Christopher Knight, Eve Plumb, Mike Lookinland, and Susan Olsen) teamed up with HGTV personalities like the Property Brothers Jonathan Scott and Drew Scott, plus Lara Spencer and Mina Starsiak, to complete renovations.

“It is almost a perfect replication, from fabrics to carpeting to furniture … to the fake grass in the backyard,” Knight recently told the Television Critics Association, USA Today reports. “I think one of the most interesting aspects of working on this project was learning just how connected the audience was to this house, but we had no recollection of it. It was placed as an establishing shot in the show … nobody worked there.”

Even if you don’t get the chance to stay in the iconic TV home, you can still watch “A Very Brady Renovation” on September 9 on HGTV. If only Alice was going to be there.
