You didn’t think they made all that dough on movies, did you? For some of Hollywood’s hottest names, building up their bank account goes far beyond what they do in front of the cameras. Celebrities use their high profile properties as investments and make a hefty dose of extra money each month—and when you own a $10 million house, think how much you can charge in monthly rent. Just don’t expect them to pop by to fix a leaky faucet! Here are six celebrities that moonlight as landlords.

Melissa McCarthy

Everyone’s favorite funny gal has a brain for both business and comedy. McCarthy rents out her 2,167-square-foot Toluca Lake home for the price of $10,000 per month. The colorful, welcoming home looks like the ideal spot to entertain guests, thanks to its picturesque backyard with a covered patio, grassy yard, and sparkling swimming pool. Dr. Oz

For $90,000 a month, we’re hoping he makes house calls. That’s just how much Dr. Oz, the famed heart surgeon and host of “The Dr. Oz Show,” reels in per monthly rental of his luxurious home in Palm Beach, Florida. The historic property, which was built in 1923, sits on 1.5 acres of land, and has 150 feet of direct beachfront space. See more photos on Trulia’s blog.

Scott Disick

It may not be the real reason he calls himself Lord Disick, but his sprawling Hidden Hills home is certainly fit for royalty. After putting it on the market for $8.8 million, Disick was unable to find a buyer and settled for renting the 8,110-square-foot estate out… for $60,000 per month. The Cape Cod-style house is so big that there’s even a “children’s wing.” See more photos on Trulia’s blog.

Pamela Anderson

If you’re willing to drop $50,000 a month, you can catch some sun at Pamela Anderson’s Malibu home. The former “Baywatch” babe and avid animal activist rents out the three-bed, three-bath home. The entire outside is lined in teak wood. And don’t skip a glance at that Picasso bathtub, located in a master bath that’s probably bigger than your studio apartment. Hey, if you start to drown, maybe Pam can come save you thanks to her many years as a red bathing suit-clad lifeguard. See more photos on Trulia’s blog.

Jennifer Lawrence

If you’d like to rest your head in the same spot as Katniss Everdeen, you’re in luck. JLaw dropped over $9 million on a penthouse apartment in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood in 2017, but just a few months later started renting the property out for $27,500 per month. But with everyone from Harry Styles and Justin Timberlake to Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds as neighbors… maybe you’d be willing to foot that bill. See more photos on Trulia’s blog.

Laura Prepon

Whether you love or hate her raven-haired character on “Orange is the New Black,” we’re guessing you’d like to live in Laura Prepon’s Los Feliz home. And that’s just what you can do for the low, low price of $15,600! Prepon’s 2,594-square-foot, Bali-inspired home is extremely private, located up a long driveway and tucked behind gates. Curl up in the cabana by the swimming pool and check out the stunning backyard’s view Los Angeles’s bright lights. Forget Litchfield Penitentiary… we’re heading to Los Feliz.
