8 Celebs with Sprawling Nashville Estates
It’s not just every bachelorette party in America that heads to Nashville. Tennessee’s capital city is a major draw for everyone from actors and athletes to business tycoons and, of course, musicians. In fact, you’ll find most of country music’s top crooners have set up shop in Music City. Here are some of our favorite big names who have called the Southern city their home:
Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler
As you may have seen on their new E! reality series Very Cavallari, Kristin and Jay are living the luxe country life in Tennessee. Back in April, the couple listed their expansive seven-bed, 10-bath estate for a whopping $7.9 million. Though it’s located in Nashville, the 19,983-square-foot home is like a slice of the Mediterranean dropped right in the American South. Think towering ceilings, a sprawling master suite, and a lavish kitchen that will please any amateur chef. The property is surrounded by natural beauty, which we know Cutler enjoys since he spends all day staring at his wildlife camera on the show.
Hayden Panettiere
Though it seems Panettiere and her longtime love Wladimir Klitschko have split, the duo maintained quite the lovely home while living in Tennessee so she could shoot the country music drama “Nashville.” Just last month, Panettiere listed the four-bed, five-bath home in Nashville’s ritzy Green Hills neighborhood for $1.65 million. The home is decked out with iPad-controlled smart features and measures 4937 square feet, and features amenities like a sauna, fitness room, heated swimming pool, and a walk-in closet that rivals most studio apartments.
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill
Sure, they may spend a lot of their time on their private island in the Bahamas (because who wouldn’t), but Tim McGraw and Faith Hill still manage to maintain their role as one of America’s most beloved country couples. One of their beautiful properties was this $20 million dollar ranch that included four different homes, a 12-stall barn with caretaker’s apartment, and plenty of ponds, creeks, and pastures. One of the houses was even a restored log cabin, while the main property was a dramatic Antebellum-style residence.
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert
Shelton and Lambert were one of country’s reigning couples, both on the charts and in real estate. But since their 2015 split, the couple has divvied up their expansive Tennessee portfolio. In addition to a two-bed, two-bath condo in Nashville, the couple owned a 25-acre spread in the woods of Franklin, Tennessee, as well as this 10,627-square-foot home on the 15th hole of the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course in Brentwood. Though Shelton now spends his time with Gwen Stefani in a Hawaiian-themed lakeside home in Oklahoma, Lambert is still a Nashville-area resident. She picked up a secluded 400-acre farm in the area for $3.4 million in 2016.
Jason Aldean
Though it’s about an hour outside Nashville in the town of Columbia, we couldn’t resist including Jason Aldean’s Talley Moore Estate. The 120-acre property features a mile-long driveway, 9,000-square-foot main house, custom bowling alley, and 10,000-square-foot horse facility. There’s even space to build your own helicopter pad, because who doesn’t need that? Though Aldean only bought the it back in 2016, he listed the home last month for $7.875 million.
