When the hustle and bustle of big city living gets to be too much, many celebrities—understandably—flock to the suburbs for quieter living. After all, when you own multiple homes, it pays to diversify, right? The following celebs range from singers to actors to athletes but they all share common ground: owning homes in the suburbs (even if a few of them are trying to unload said properties at the moment).

Selena Gomez

Pop singer Selena Gomez has been trying to sell her home in Fort Worth, Texas, for a few years now, and we’d gladly take it off her hands. Located in the gated Montserrat development, the 10,016-square-foot house has plenty of room for the starlet and all her friends, thanks to five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Plus, with a putting green, a resort-style pool, a sports court, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana, it’s the perfect party spot.

Michael Jordan

Cue the crying Jordan meme: Basketball champ Michael Jordan has had his Highland Park, Illinois, home on the market since 2012. He’s currently asking $14.9 million for the sprawling 56,000-square-foot house, which comes complete with a regulation-size basketball court, a large gym, nine bedrooms, and 15 bathrooms. Jordan originally moved into the custom-designed home in 1995 with his first wife, Juanita.

50 Cent

Rapper 50 Cent, aka Curtis James Jackson III, loves his Farmington, Connecticut, home so much that he reportedly forgot he owned it at one point. It’s hard to imagine how he could neglect this 50,000-square-foot stunner, which not only boasts an indoor pool, a basketball court, and a full gym, but also a recording studio and a nightclub. 50 Cent purchased the home in 2003, spent up to $10 million renovating it, and put it up for sale in 2007. It has 19 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, and 15 half-bathrooms, and is currently listed at $5 million.

Ben Affleck

Actor and director Ben Affleck has a plantation home on an island in Riceboro, Georgia, that’s currently on the market for $8.9 million. This Savannah-area charmer looks like something straight out of Gone with the Wind, thanks to its Greek Revival architecture, historically-accurate details, and 87-acre lot. He purchased the three-bedroom, five-bath home in 2003. See photos on the Engel and Völkers’ listing.

Kimye—aka Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West—spent several years renovating their $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California, before moving in. The 15,677-square-foot estate, which Kanye recently offered the public a first glimpse of via Twitter, has enough room to entertain the entire Kardashian clan with two pools, two barbecue areas, two spas, and a sauna. Did we mention there’s a vineyard?

Patrick Ewing

Another basketball legend with a hard-to-sell house is Patrick Ewing, who put his Cresskill, New Jersey, home on the market in 2015 and has slashed the price three times. It’s currently listed at $4.8 million. We don’t quite understand why the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom house is such a hard sell, considering it has posh amenities like a home theater, a half basketball court, a rec room, a pool, a spa, and a two-level patio.
