Chef and TV Host Will Coleman’s Brooklyn Home Is Bold and Maximalist
Will Coleman is a chef, TV host, and content creator who “aims to diversify the food space and create moments of adventure and joy on and off the screen.” He says that “food is meant to be vibrant and shared with those you love,” and his work explores different themes like global flavors and Black-American cuisine.

And the one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn he moved into a little over a year ago has been both a home and culinary playground. “[I]t serves as my personal test kitchen and gathering space,” he explains. “The space has been thoughtfully curated to reflect my love for cooking, food styling, and interior design.”
And while he loves all the color and art in his space, his favorite thing about the 800-square-foot apartment is that its spread across two floors.
“My favorite element is having two floors so that I can separate work and play,” he writes. “I use the top floor for general day-to-day activities and the downstairs for fun and production work.”
