Instacart Just Launched Same-Day Christmas Tree Delivery

If you’re having a hard time carving time in your schedule to shop for a live Christmas tree, then Instacart’s latest offering is going to be a huge help this holiday season. Instacart just launched a same-day delivery service for real, live Christmas trees.

As of December 5, Instacart customers can buy live Christmas trees up to five feet in height from a variety of different grocery, wholesale, home improvement, and specialty stores across the country through the Instacart app and have the tree delivered to their door that same day. 

Customers can also order artificial trees up to nine feet tall, as well as other seasonal decor, and have it delivered as soon as an hour later.

“We’re excited to offer Instacart customers same-day, nationwide tree delivery this holiday season,” Daniel Danker, Chief Product Officer at Instacart, said in a press release. ”Trimming a holiday tree is a beloved annual tradition for many families and we’re delighted to offer a convenient and time-saving way for customers to get their trees and seasonal decor with just a few taps, so they can spend more time holiday-ing and less time hauling.” 

Using the Instacart tree delivery service is also a great option for families who don’t have access to a vehicle and don’t want to lug a large tree across town.

Customers can also request that trees be trimmed and leveled through the Instacart Delivery Instructions section before checking out in the app.
